Having worked side-by-side with some of the industry’s finest, Tiffany has the sensibility of her mother's kitchen, a bevy of delicious and underutilized ingredients coupled with some serious tips and tricks to practical and "somewhat" healthy cooking.
Tiffany no longer slaves in the commercial kitchen. She now owns a commercial diving operation with her husband Todd and dog Truffle. Nothing makes her more happy than diving closed circuit rebreather to a depth of 300 feet. She now has the time to do what she really loves in the kitchen.
